Confirm conversions with real payment data

Calls and form submissions show interest, but they do not confirm revenue. Once connected, Power Answer will read payment and invoice status from your QuickBooks account and match it back to the lead that generated it, so a conversion is marked closed only when the money actually arrives.

How it will work

When you connect QuickBooks, Power Answer will watch for new payments and paid invoices tied to your customers. When a payment is recorded against a customer who came in as a call or form lead, Power Answer will match it back to that lead and mark the conversion as closed, using your QuickBooks records as the source of truth.

What QuickBooks will confirm

Payment-Based Conversion Tracking

Leads will be marked as converted only after a matching payment or paid invoice appears in your QuickBooks account, not from a call or form submission alone.

Customer-to-Lead Matching

QuickBooks customers will be matched back to the original call or form lead that brought them in, connecting your revenue records to the marketing activity that generated them.

Revenue-Verified Campaign Reporting

Campaign performance will be evaluated using confirmed payments from QuickBooks, giving you a way to see which campaigns produced leads that actually paid.

Closed-Won Visibility

Leads that convert to paying customers will be flagged in Power Answer as soon as the corresponding payment is recorded in QuickBooks.

Reduced Manual Reconciliation

Instead of manually checking QuickBooks to confirm which leads turned into paying customers, Power Answer will surface that connection automatically.
